BOOKING TERMS
This document specifies booking conditions between Fjällkloka adventures and its
guests. By booking an activity, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Alcohol and age
All alcohol is prohibited from taking and carrying during ongoing activity.
– The exception to this is medicinal alcohol in e.g. wound washcloths and the like.
The minimum age is 18 years for all activities.
– Exceptions in the company of a guardian and in consultation with Fjällkloka äventyr.
Validity of booking and payment
After booking, the booking confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The booking is binding and you commit to pay a deposit of 1500 SEK within 14 days from the booking. No later than 14 days before the activity, the rest of the payment must be made. Invoice with both parts of the payment will be sent after the booking. Booking closer than 30 days from the start date can only be made in consultation with Fjällkloka adventure and in that case the full amount should be paid immediately.
Payment is made via invoice sent to the email address indicated when booking.
Cancellation and refund
It is possible to cancel your booking under the following criteria:
Cancellation more than 60 days before the activity: You only pay the deposit
of 1500 SEK and the remaining amount is refunded.
Cancellation 60-30 days before activity: 50% is refunded.
Cancellation within 30 days before the activity: no refund is made and you as a participant are required
to pay 100% of the total cost of the activity.
Cancellation is always made in writing by e-mail to info@fjallkloka.se and is valid after confirmation.
The price of the trip does not include cancellation protection. You need to confirm this with your insurance company. If you as a traveler/participant get sick and can not participate in the activity, you need insurance that covers your participation. This is so that Fjällkloka äventyr and the other participants are not affected and can carry out the activity as planned.
Cancelled activity
Fjällkloka äventyr reserves the right to cancel an activity in case of unforeseen impact from outside, this can be due to extreme weather, too few participants, other safety reasons, or if the guide becomes ill and if no replacement can be arranged.
In case of cancelled activity, you will be rebooked for another date after dialogue with you. If rebooking cannot take place, you have no payment obligation, and the full amount including the deposit is refunded. Compensation for any costs associated with activity (tickets, hotels, equipment, etc.) is not made.
Transport booked before the activity is confirmed
Please note that Fjällkloka Adventure does not reimburse costs for transport (e.g. train tickets, flights or other travel) booked before the activity is confirmed to be carried out, i.e. when the minimum number of participants is reached and you as a guest received a written notice of this from us.
You are advised to wait to book non-rebookable or non-refundable tickets until you have received a definitive confirmation when the minimum number of participants of the activity are booked.
Insurance
Fjällkloka Adventure has a business insurance that covers liability in the event of an accident in connection with activities during the tour. Nevertheless, participation is always at your own risk. Guests are responsible for having a valid individual accident insurance policy that applies to the type of activity offered (e.g. hiking, ski trip, etc).
Fjällkloka Adventure is not responsible for illness, damage or loss of property that is not covered by the business insurance.
Liability of the participant
Participants must be in the appropriate physical condition and have the necessary experience before activity, what this is together with what personal equipment is needed is described in the activity description.
Fjällkloka äventyr strives to offer a safe and secure experience for all participants. Participants agree to follow the instructions of the guide and instructions. Fjällkloka äventyr cannot be held liable in the event of an accident resulting from a participant overrides these instructions
and act on their own.
Force majeure
Fjällkloka äventyr is not responsible for delays or cancelled activities caused by events outside its control, such as extreme weather, illness, pandemic, natural disasters or government interventions.
Personal Data (GDPR)
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR and the company only uses it to administer your booking.
